Studied undergraduate law at East China Normal University and attended the Financial Markets Training Program at Yale University. Previously held a senior management position at a large domestic listed group company, served as Deputy Executive Director of the Beijing Head Office of a national law firm, and was formerly Executive Director of the Integrated Platform of Zhongwen Law Firm. Mainly serves central state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprise groups, and large private enterprises in commercial legal matters. With many years of experience in the legal industry, published the paper Research on the Governance Structure of Chinese Law Firms.
