  2. Lawsuit filed by a company against Wang, Song and other defendants over liability for damaging corporate interests. Heard at Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court at first instance, the case lasted one and a half years. He represented the defendants and secured a complete victory.

  3. Dispute over shareholder capital contribution filed by a company against He and other former shareholders. In light of the factual background, he submitted crucial evidence to the court, breaking conventional handling approaches for similar cases and achieving the optimal result of dismissal of claims for the client.

  4. Represented a bank in enforcement proceedings arising from a financial loan contract dispute against a listed company. Acting for the bank, he promptly sealed the assets of the judgment debtor, applied for an enforcement certificate from Shenzhen Notary Public Office and filed an enforcement application with Nanshan District People’s Court of Shenzhen. He promoted the auction of the judgment debtor’s listed company shares, responded to enforcement objections and hearings, and realized the recovery of most of the creditor’s rights.
