Graduated from Nanchang University with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She worked as a full-time lawyer in Changsha for more than two years, followed by over ten years of legal practice at a listed pharmaceutical enterprise and a commercial bank in Shenzhen. She has practiced at Guangdong Jintang Law Firm since May 2021.

1、She specializes in daily corporate legal affairs, including drafting articles of association and internal rules, reviewing various routine contracts and agreements, delivering in-house legal training, and labor & personnel management. Having served as in-house legal counsel in a bank, she is familiar with financial loan contract disputes, protection of financial consumers’ rights and interests, and complaint handling.
