Graduated from Zengcheng College of South China Normal University, majoring in Law, with a Bachelor’s Degree. He has worked successively in a traffic police squadron of Shenzhen, a police station under Longgang Branch of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, Safety and Rule of Law Office of a sub-district in Pingshan District, Shenzhen and other departments. He possesses rich experience in case filing review, case characterization and investigation of criminal cases. In particular, he has extensive practical experience in evidence collection and examination for criminal cases, analysis of constitutive elements of crimes, analysis of legal relations, as well as applications for bail pending trial. Currently, he is an outstanding full-time lawyer in the General Practice Department of Guangdong Jintang Law Firm.
