Graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He served as an officer in the Public Security Border Defense Force and the Chinese People’s Armed Police Coast Guard for ten years. He has held various posts including police officer at a police station and political instructor of the Law Enforcement Unit. He participated in handling multiple major anti-smuggling and anti-drug cases. Following his military service, he focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution.
