Professional Background

Graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Laws in International Economic Law. Serves as Director of the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Team of the law firm. Transitioned from a government public lawyer to a full-time practicing lawyer and has been in practice for 13 years, devoting herself to the practice and research of complex commercial dispute resolution. Pioneered the legal health check program for provincial chambers of commerce, standardized and guided the establishment of legal counsel systems for chambers of commerce, and provided two-way legal services for the General Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Trade Unions, helping enterprises and employees create win-win value. Jointly with the government, pioneered the city’s only personally named "Labor Arbitration Mediation Studio" and "Zhang Jun Employee Rights Protection Legal Studio."

With a working philosophy of minimalism, elegance, and excellence throughout, she is skilled at using visualization, productization, and presentation/communication to enhance client experience and service effectiveness. Founded Zhixing Commercial Mediation Center, the only commercial mediation organization in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, and introduced the "Zhixing" brand to Shenzhen. As one of the first specially invited mediation organizations of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, it carries out diversified dispute resolution work, with particular emphasis on handling categorized and specialized cases such as finance and intellectual property.
