Professional Background

He graduated from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in 1993 and was assigned to Pingxiang Intermediate People’s Court of Jiangxi Province in the same year. From 1993 to 2007, he accumulated nearly 10 years of experience in economic trials. He successively served as a judge in the Civil, Commercial and Intellectual Property Divisions and held the rank of Second-Class Judge. He was mainly responsible for hearing first-instance and second-instance commercial cases, intellectual property cases, major regional economic cases, bankruptcy liquidation cases and other matters. He has practiced as a lawyer at several law firms in Shenzhen since 2008 and currently practices at Guangdong Jintang Law Firm.

His core practice areas cover corporate governance, contract disputes, intellectual property litigation, etc. He has provided legal services to clients including Supor, Joyoung, Disney, Siemens, Evolution Capital Private Equity Fund and other entities, and has been shortlisted in the legal service panel of China Merchants Shekou. He holds the qualification as an independent director recognized by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
