Graduated from China University of Political Science and Law. Served for four years as a lecturer on Criminal Law for the National Unified Legal Profession Qualification Examination (Fa Kao) and as a lecturer on Criminal Law and Civil Law for the Juris Master (JM) postgraduate entrance examination. Thereafter, has devoted himself/herself to the criminal law field in legal practice.

Representative Cases

1、In the case of Xu for operating a gambling establishment, involving gambling funds of RMB 2.5 billion, defended the first defendant. In the case of Zeng for smuggling, involving tax evasion of RMB 160 million, the defendant was ultimately sentenced to probation. In the case of Chen for theft, reduced a sentencing recommendation of 11 years’ imprisonment to 5 years.

2、In the second-instance stage of Wang’s case of concealing or disguising criminal proceeds, the first-instance sentence was actual imprisonment, and the second-instance judgment was changed to probation.

3、Represented numerous common criminal cases involving embezzlement, dangerous driving, bribery by non-state functionaries, fraud, illegal business operations, etc., as well as cases involving release on bail pending trial during the investigation stage.

4、Represented a large number of criminal complaint cases involving fraud, embezzlement, etc., and successfully secured criminal case filing for suspected fraud cases involving investment disputes and relationship disputes.
