Professional Background

Ming Can graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law, holding dual Master’s Degrees in Law and Chinese Traditional Studies. He formerly served as a SWAT officer of Cheetah Commando, a comprehensive instructor for criminal law enforcement at police academy, and a senior police officer of the Preliminary Examination Brigade, with more than ten years of working experience in the public security system.

During his service in the SWAT team, he was specially responsible for on-site arrests in major hazardous cases involving smuggling, kidnapping, robbery, intentional homicide, drug manufacturing, drug trafficking, etc.

While working as a comprehensive law enforcement instructor, he provided training for police officers from all districts of Shenzhen, teaching criminal investigation, arrest tactics, interrogation skills and other expertise.

In preliminary examination work, he handled more than one thousand criminal cases every year and boasts extremely extensive practical experience in criminal case handling.
