Legal Practice Experience

He has been engaged in social legal services (mainly civil agency work) since commencing work in July 1989. He participated in the National Bar Examination in 1990 and obtained his lawyer qualification and practicing license in 1991. He previously practiced as a part-time lawyer at Shandong No.2 Law Firm, Shenzhen Nante Law Firm and Beijing Horizon (Shenzhen) Law Firm. He de-registered his practicing license in 2001 and resumed legal practice in October 2019, and has been practicing law ever since.

Other Professional Experience

He has served as an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (formerly Shenzhen Arbitration Commission) since around 2000, hearing over 1,000 civil and commercial cases to date. He also acts as an arbitrator of Heyuan Arbitration Commission, and a bid evaluation expert for Shenzhen Trading Group and Shenzhen International Tendering Corporation.
