Holds a Juris Master degree from Northwest University of Political Science and Law. From July 1997 to January 2007, he served in Guangdong Border Defense Corps of the Chinese Armed Police Force. From January 2007 to March 2017, he worked in multiple departments of a District People’s Court in Shenzhen, including the Enforcement Bureau, General Office, Case-Filing Division, Real Estate Trial Division and Commercial Trial Division.

He is proficient in enforcement procedures and specializes in advancing difficult and complex enforcement cases. He boasts extensive practical experience in dispute resolution concerning Company Law, Contract Law and other legal fields.
